== Planned implementation ==
my first idea
- don't use LunaSettings.CSV
- instead NexConfig class adds the settings to LunaLib on application run
- when loading the data from the common save file, or user changes a setting in GUI, notify NexConfig via LunaSettingsListener, so it can update its own fields to match

Seems like this would result in problems like the same data being mirrored in two places

second idea
- I fill LunaSettings.csv with a bunch of settings migrated from Nex's current config file, but with placeholder values for the defaults
- NexConfig class populates the defaults from its own config file at application run
- NexConfig's own fields are just wrappers for LunaSettings variable getter

new idea
- add LunaLib settings via API when Lukas adds support for that
- query LunaSettings for the values of the settings we just added (i.e. loaded from save data) and update NexConfig fields accordingly
- when user changes a setting in GUI, notify NexConfig via LunaSettingsListener, so it can update its own fields to match
